COMPANY STRUCTURE.
ProMec engineering has a flexible structure that makes it possible to adapt to different
working environments at all times ensuring a prompt response to any issue, also to
unforeseen ones, this flexibility is ensured by the multi-purpose experience of our staff
that can adapt problems’ approach and workflow to work-in-progress deviations
required by Clients and to fast paced dynamics typical of EPC Engineering.
ProMec management is under a Board of Directors responsibility, directors come from
a long engineering experience that allows them to combine commercial and technical
approach to project management.
Engineering disciplines are under responsibility of the Technical Director which plans
the assignment of personnel to task-forces and supervises the overall development of
projects.
Quality Control Supervisor is in charge of ensuring that during projects development
every working procedure is in compliance with the requirements of ProMec “Quality
Management System”.
